Tape Project Fulfillment Policy
To place an order, starting on any album’s page you can hit the button that brings up a web form. Fill it out completely and send it in. This will start a dialog over email, and when you are satisfied with the details we’ll send you an invoice. You will never be asked to send us credit card information in an email. The invoice will direct you to a secure payment site. We never see your credit card information.
In this process, we will be able to give you an accurate shipping date.
We ship domestically by USPS or UPS. Tell us if you have a preference. We will tell you what the options will cost, and you can choose.
We ship international orders by DHL or USPS. Tell us if you have a preference. We will tell you what the options will cost, and you can choose. DHL is more reliable, but for Canada they are both pretty good.
We stand behind our products, and will make very effort to deliver satisfaction. If you have any issue with one of our tapes, please email us immediately at [email protected]. If we can’t fix it over email you can opt to return it for repair, or for a refund.
